Mission
The Rutgers Environmental Law Clinic serves two vital and interdependent functions:  providing an opportunity for law students to practice environmental advocacy and serving New Jersey's environmental community through trial and appellate litigation, administrative advocacy and policy development.

Clinic Restructuring
Rutgers Law School has long had an Environmental Law Clinic that has done path breaking work. Some of its recent accomplishments are summarized in Court Decisions.  We are in the process of revamping the Clinic under the direction of Steve Gold.  During this period we will be able to provide some opportunities for experiential learning in the environmental field.
