The faculty of Rutgers School of Law–Newark, with generous support from the law school Alumni Association, has established the Rutgers Research Fellows program. The program offers opportunities to recent Rutgers–Newark law school graduates to begin developing their practical legal skills by serving as research assistants. At the same time that Research Fellows contribute to the advancement of scholarship at the law school, they will also gain substantive legal research and writing experience.
Graduates in the Classes of 2010, 2011 and 2012 are eligible to apply for a Research Fellow position. All information regarding the application process can be found in the job posting in Symplicity (Job # 7465). If you are interested in applying and have lost or forgotten your Symplicity login information, send a request to receive your username and password to the Office of Career Services at CareerDevelopment@kinoy.rutgers.edu.
Applications for Research Fellow positions will be made available to all faculty members for consideration. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
Research Fellows may be eligible to receive a stipend of up to $500 for their work.
