A: Starting salaries vary considerably
depending on the type of practice and the geographical location.
For the Class of 2002, the median starting salary was $100,000 for graduates
entering the private sector and $38,000 for those enterving government
and public interest work. Below is the range of starting salaries

A. Each fall, legal employers from
