Career Counseling

Individual career counseling is provided
by appointment or on a walk-in basis by three professional staff members
on a broad range of career development topics.

One career counselor works primarily
with students interested in public interest careers. This counselor
is an active member of the law school?s public interest committee and participates
in the planning of public interest events sponsored by the law school and
the public interest legal community at large.

Fall Recruitment Program (over 100 employers
conduct interviews at the law school or collect resumes from our students).

Current Job Postings (through a web-based
program offered by eAttorney, students and graduates can view more than
1500 job listings annually posted by the office from the convenience of
their home.)

Service Legal Career Symposium; Patent Law Interview Program; Northeast
BLSA Job Fair; NAPIL Career Fair; Brassring Diversity Job Fair; New Jersey
Law Firm Group Job Fair; Rutgers Law School and School of Business Employer

Judicial Clerkship Program (students
assisted with preparing applications to federal and state court judges
for post-graduate employment).
