Law and Metropolitan Equity Conference on February 21

February 20, 2014 – 

Nationally-recognized metropolitan scholar and former Mayor of Albuquerque David Rusk and Rutgers School of Law–Newark professor David Dante Troutt are the featured speakers at the February 21, 2014 Scholarship Conference hosted by the Center on Law in Metropolitan Equity (CLiME) at Rutgers University–Newark.

The event is free and open to the public.

Rusk will present his article, “Measuring Regional Equity,” and Troutt, who is director of CLiME, will read from his new book, The Price of Paradise: The Costs of Inequality and a Vision for a More Equitable America.

Associate Professor Elise Boddie will conduct a Q&A discussion with the audience of elected officials, scholars, representatives of non-profit organizations, and the public.
