April 27 Panel to Consider Use by New Jersey Towns of Eminent Domain for Economic Redevelopment

A distinguished panel of legal experts will convene at Rutgers School of Law–Newark on Thursday, April 27, to consider the ramifications in New Jersey of Kelo v. City of New London, CT.
