The New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts will present a panel discussion on the impact of the changing role of women on the development of the law on Thursday, March 26, at Rutgers School of Law–Newark. The Hon. Deborah T. Poritz, who served for 10 years as chief justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, will moderate a group of distinguished panelists from government service, private practice, and academia. Appellate Division Judge Francine I. Axelrad is chair of the committee and Rutgers Law School Associate Dean Frances Bouchoux is vice chair.
