The Rutgers Business Law Journal, a student-run journal at Rutgers School of Law–Newark, has assembled some of the foremost judges, lawyers, in-house experts, and litigation support professionals to speak on Thursday, April 2, at “A Symposium on E-Discovery and Its Impact on Corporate Governance and Litigation.” The multidisciplinary event is designed to help businesses prepare for electronic-discovery readiness, contain costs, reduce risk, and streamline the burdens imposed by e-discovery obligations.
