Erica Eisinger
Visiting Professor of Law
Professor Eisinger teaches Civil Procedure, Evidence, Civil Rights Litigation, and Professional Responsibility. She received a Ph.D. in French from Yale University, and a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Professor Eisinger worked in private practice, as well as on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Wayne State University Law School. She has also taught as a visiting faculty member at Cardozo School of Law; Seton Hall University School of Law; Marquette University School of Law; Justus Liebig Universitat, in Giessen, Germany; the Molengraaff Instituut voor Privaatrecht at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands; and Maastricht University, Netherlands.
